Crafty Crab Restaurant Reviews

I got a seafood boil from Crafty Crab and, to be fair, the seasoning really was the standout. I went with the boom sauce at medium heat, and it had a nice kick without being overly salty like I’ve had at some other spots.

The garlic and butter coated everything well, and even the potatoes had a lot of flavor. It was definitely messy, but that’s kind of the point with a seafood boil. Overall, I felt like it was worth it and I’d give it 5 stars

We showed up on a busy night expecting a long wait, i was already ready to be annoyed. But nope, we got a table really quickly with no hassle at all. Kind of ruined my dramatic mood, but in the best way.

They got my order wrong again. I remember opening the bag and just feeling that same little wave of frustration, like, not this again. It’s disappointing when you’re looking forward to your food and end up with something else.

I tried the boil with their sauce, it hit the spot. The flavor was really good with just the right amount of spice to make it fun without being too much. It was a little on the salty side for my taste, but not enough to ruin it. Sometimes a good meal is more about the whole experience than being perfect, and this one definitely left me wanting to come back again.

I’m picky when it comes to crawfish, but this was good. The crawfish tasted fresh, and the seasoning had a nice kick without being overdone. I personally like mine a little on the bolder side, and this hit the spot for me

Went in for dinner and really appreciated the music volume. It was loud enough to enjoy the vibe, but not so loud that you had to talk over it. That whole blasting-music-while-people-are-trying-to-eat thing is totally avoidable, and thankfully they didn’t do that here. We could still have a normal conversation at the table, which made the night way more enjoyable...

These were SO good. They came out hot and crispy, but not greasy at all, which I really appreciated...

The food was fine, not life-changing, not terrible, just kind of sitting there in the middle. We had a small issue with our order, and getting someone to actually listen felt like I was trying to flag down a helicopter in a storm. Eventually the manager came over and did try to make it right, which I genuinely appreciated. I just wish it hadn’t taken so long to get to that point. Overall, I’m a little torn. Maybe I’d go back and give it another shot, but I’m not rushing in like it’s the last meal on Earth

Got it unpacked really easily, which was nice. No leaks at all, and it was still hot when I checked it. worked exactly like i hoped.

I ordered from Crafty Crab and kept expecting some random fee to pop up at the end, because that happens a lot these days. But the bill was clear, the prices matched what I thought I was paying, and there weren’t any weird extra charges hiding anywhere. Kind of refreshing, honestly. Food was good too, and paying didn’t feel like a hassle. I’d come back

I tried Crafty Crab recently, it was kind of a mixed experience for me. It wasn’t bad enough that I’d say don’t go, but it also wasn’t the kind of seafood that really sticks with you in a good way. Some of the shrimp tasted fresh and were actually enjoyable, but the crab had this slightly old smell to it that threw me off a bit. Maybe it was just that day or that batch, but with seafood, freshness is a big deal, so I noticed it right away. The service was fine and everyone was decent enough, so no real complaints there. Overall, it was just okay. Not terrible, but for a seafood spot, I was definitely hoping for something better.

Thinking back on it, the staff handled everything really well. They were polite, seemed to know exactly what they were doing, and kept things moving without any hassle. I remember asking a couple questions, and they answered them clearly without making the whole thing feel awkward or uncomfortable.

I tried it the other day and the seafood menu was decent, with a few combo options that made it easy enough to pick something. I mostly noticed a lot of crab and shrimp though, so unless I missed another section or something, I kind of wish there was a bit more variety. It wasn’t bad at all, just not the most exciting menu

I was grateful to find the bathroom clean enough when I used it. There were no bad smells or messes, which made the experience much more comfortable.

The crab was really tasty, so no complaints there. Pickup took a little longer than I expected, but I’m assuming they were probably busy or getting backed up like restaurants tend to do during rush times. Overall, still a good experience...

I went here with my wife and kids, it didn’t really feel like a family-friendly spot to us. Maybe we just caught them on an off night, but the music was really loud and the tables felt packed together.
We asked for a high chair and it took quite a while, and it kind of felt like nobody was too concerned that we had kids with us. I can’t say if that’s always how it is, but that was definitely our experience.

The food was okay, nothing terrible, but the whole visit ended up being more stressful than enjoyable. Based on that one visit, I probably wouldn’t bring my family back.

The shrimp tasted really fresh, which I appreciated. I was like, okay, this is good... but then a few bites in, it felt just a little overcooked. Still enjoyed it overall, just not quite perfect.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the food came out hot and actually tasted really good. The crab was definitely messy, but I guess that’s kind of the point, and it was worth it. The staff was nice too, which helped. I think I’d go back again for sure.

Overall it was okay, but the bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner. Hopefully they give it a little extra attention next time 🙂

Ordered from Crafty Crab and the food was still hot when it got to the table, which I def appreciated. The fries did cool down kinda fast, but the crab and shrimp were warm and tasted really good. Not perfect, but still a solid meal.
